What We Do
Movement With Abbie offers personalized movement and wellness experiences across Ontario, blending dance, pilates, figure skating conditioning, choreography, and corporate wellness into thoughtfully designed sessions for individuals and groups alike. With more than a decade of teaching experience, Abbie creates supportive spaces that encourage physical strength, creative expression, and overall well-being.
Sessions are available online, in-home, and in group or corporate settings, with each experience tailored to support connection, confidence, mobility, and mindful movement.
At its core, Movement With Abbie is about helping people feel more connected to themselves through movement — with an approach that is grounded, intentional, and accessible to all backgrounds and experience levels.
Meet Abbie
Abbie Metcalfe is a Canadian artist and educator working at the intersection of dance, yoga, Pilates, strength training, and figure skating conditioning. She builds strength with precision and intention, helping clients move with control, confidence, and awareness that carries through both performance and daily life. Her work is grounded in technical rigour and a holistic understanding of how the body performs, adapts, and sustains itself over time.
